It's that time of the year again! Gather ye e-commerce retailers and all happy package senders...For the holiday shipping season is upon us. But to get those presents or boxes of coal to all the little boys and girls on time, we have to ship them by these deadlines! Also, we have to be mindful that service level guarantees will be suspended according to the schedule below.
Commitment times for Domestic and International Air packages scheduled for delivery between December 17-22, December 24 and December 31, 2018 will be extended as follows:
UPS Next Day Air Early and UPS Worldwide Express Plus: Services will be extended by 90 minutes
Other Domestic and International Air: Services will be extended to the end-of-day
Service guarantees are suspended for all UPS Ground shipments picked up or scheduled for delivery November 26 to December 24 (including all shipments to and from AK, HI, and PR, and UPS Standard shipments)
FedEx Money Back Guarantee will be suspended temporarily December 18 through December 24, 2018 for shipments delivered bu the end of the day on the published delivery commitment date for the selected service and destination. This applies to the following FedEx Express services:
FedEx First Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx 2Day, FedEx 2Day AM, FedEx Express Saver, FedEx First Overnight, FedEx International First, FedEx International Priority, FedEx International Economy
The money back guarantee for FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery will be suspended temporarily for packages picked up on November 24 through December 24, 2018.
