The disruptions to travel and commerce has led UPS and FedEx to suspend all service guarantees for Express, Ground and Freight for both Domestic and International shipments immediately and until further notice. This means that UPS and FedEx will no longer honor their promise to give you a refund when your shipments are delivered late. Depending on your individual circumstances, there may be ways for to mitigate the impact on your business. You can read more on these announcements on their websites.
