UPS SurePost and FedEx SmartPost both have their pros and cons and I'm here to talk about that today.
Now, one of the biggest pros is that it is a lot more affordable to use SurePost and SmartPost than it is to ship by ground. Also, you will get free Saturday delivery and free resi surcharge. So, free Saturday delivery and resi surcharge are not available if you ship by ground.
One con for using these options is that it can take longer. They are longer in the sense that they have a longer time in transit than regular ground does. Also, you aren't able to ship outside of the 48 contiguous United States. So keep that in mind when you're trying to ship SurePost and SmartPost.
